Plan – At this stage your group is planning what type of project to do, developing short term actions and a long term plan that is tailored to your community.
Do – At this stage you will have a clear action plan for what you want to do, look to get funds for your project and make it happen.
Review – At this stage you will have completed your project and are celebrating your successes, reviewing your action plan and perhaps planning your next project.
Engage – This involves getting support and maintaing it for your community project, by communicating your ideas with your group and the wider community. This should be present throughout the length of your project.
